Everything Home by Regine – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • You must provide receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return:
Email luxurydecor@everythinghomebyregine.com with your order details.
Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for sending your package

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom/personalized product

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

To get a different item, start a return for your original purchase. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank/credit card provider may take extra time to process the refund

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at luxurydecor@everythinghomebyregine.com
